John managed many projects throughout Skagit County including dozens of road and storm sewer improvement and retrofit projects.
He also worked with the State to correct over 20 road culverts to provide fish passage. These projects ranged from $50,000 to $500,000.  John developed a rapport with fisheries officials in Olympia and received special invitation to attend a fish passage peer review.
